Britney Spears was requested to pay some of her ex-husband’s legal expenses in their divorce case by Kevin Federline’s lawyer. Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said that Federline has “no net income” after various expenses, and that his spousal support of $20,000 a month ends in November. Britney Spears, meanwhile, brings in an average monthly income of $737,868. Spears married Federline in October 2004, eight months after her first marriage to childhood friend Jason Alexander was annulled. She cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for divorce from Federline on Nov. 7, 2006. The couple’s divorce became official July 30. Since February, Spears, 25, and Federline, 29, have shared custody of their sons, 23-month-old Sean Preston and 11-month-old Jayden James. A hearing is scheduled for Sept. 17, but an attorney for Spears has requested a continuance until November.
Britney Spears had another face-off with cops when she was pulled over by highway patrol for speeding on her way to Las Vegas.
Spears, accompanied by two of her male dancers, was speeding along Interstate Highway 10 in her white Mercedes when she was pulled over, reports The Sun.
The ‘Toxic’ singer reportedly drove for a mile after the police attempted to pull her over, but finally parked near a petrol station next to the highway.
The troubled pop star pleaded innocence and used her same old ‘paparazzi were chasing me’ explanation to counter the cops.
However, Spears managed to get by with just a warning, leading one of the officers to comment, ‘it pays to be a popstar’.
Fans will see naked Jessica Biel in her new movie. She has signed a contract to reveal her specific body parts in her new movie, Powder Blue, in which she plays a tripper trying to earn money to care for her terminally ill son. A source told Us Weekly magazine: “Jessica signed a contract that explicitly details the bare minimum fans will see - including shots of her breasts and butt.” Jessica - who stars alongside Oscar winner Forest Whitaker in the movie - recently confessed she is worried about her dad and brother seeing her naked on screen.
Matt Damon has joked he wants to make a pornographic version of the ‘Bourne’ trilogy. The 36-year-old actor - who has reprised his role as former CIA assassin Jason Bourne for the third time in ‘The Bourne Ultimatum’ - suggested director Paul Greengrass should try making the action franchise X-rated. When asked about Bourne the musical, he quipped: “Bourne the musical. That was my suggestion. I think you have to kind of change the genre. It’s either got to be porn or a musical to re-ignite the franchise.” The star also compared the previous DVD extras from the past two movies. He said: “One of the DVDs came out and it said explosive extra scenes and it was all these scenes that were not good enough to be in the movie. It’s kind of like walking into a house, holding a bunch of dog shit and saying, ‘Hey look what I almost stepped in.’ “I’ve seen the extras for the next DVD and they are very good. There is more behind the scenes footage.”
Lindsay Lohan’s ex bodyguard Tont Almeida said, that her parents are the reason for her wild behaviour. This is what he said about her parents: “From a young age, she dealt with her father’s physical, emotional and drug abuses as well as her mother’s drinking.” He also claims, that he had to pull her father off her after he stopped the car he was driving “and dragged her out of the car, pushed her up against the hood, screamed at her and called her a slut.” He says, tahth her mother “let her do whatever she wanted, just to keep her happy and working. (At her 16th birthday party) Lindsay drank whatever she wanted - I saw her drinking beer and mixed drinks with my own eyes (without Dina’s intervention).” He says, “Lindsay was the family cash cow - and she (Dina) resented it. They counted on her to pay their bills…I saw Lindsay exhausted, begging her mother for some time off.” Almeida goes on to claim Lohan’s parents allowed her to sleep with ex-boyfriend Aaron Carter when she was 15 and he 14, and that he caught her sniffing white powder in a nightclub when she was 18. He also alleges that the actress cut herself and threatened suicide during miserable teen years.
LOS ANGELES - Police are investigating a possible sexual assault at Hugh Hefner’s famous Playboy Mansion. “For reasons of law and confidentiality that are critical in such investigations, no additional information will be released,” LAPD spokesman Jason Lee said. Rob Hilburger, a publicity director for Playboy Enterprises, noted there was a minor incident at Hefner’s annual “Midsummer Night’s Dream” party Saturday night involving a woman hired to work as a server and her ex-boyfriend. The woman has a restraining order against the man, and she alerted Playboy’s security personnel after the man tried to talk to her, Hilburger said. The man, who had been on the guest list, was then escorted off the property, Hilburger said. Hilburger said the mansion has a large security staff and there were no other incidents reported at the party, attended by 800 to 1,000 people.
In the revealing interview (conducted 36 hours before her arrest in May) Lindsay talks about everything from rehab to her ex Calum Best. On attending rehab at Wonderland before her 21st birthday: “I was growing up and going out a lot, and I needed to have a balance. I was glad I went, because I needed to get away from everyone and I didn’t know how to do that. And I learned a lot there. A bunch of my friends – I was with them last night – they’re in AA for, like, years.” On former fling Calum Best: “I like him. He’s me in male form. We’re very similar. Stubborn, rebellious, very smart, coy, a little bit narcissistic – I think all actors have a little bit of that, and so they should. We’ll be kidding around, like the other day when we were in the Bahamas … I was walking by some mirror. And he caught me looking in the mirror and he goes, ‘I caught that!’ I was like, ‘Damn, I look good!’ On the media firestorm surrounding her: “I feel like the asshole, the idiot, because I feel like I’m distracting from the other things that are important, like global warming and that kind of stuff. I genuinely mean that. And I don’t know what to do.” On avoiding fame: “I hate it, like, when these people say, ‘Well, why do you go to the Ivy if you don’t want …’ Seriously, I like their food! I can’t go to a restaurant? I know I’m going to get pictures taken. I’m fine with it. And I’m going to go have their food. People give you shit for it: ‘Don’t go on Robertson!’ What, I can’t drive down the street?” On being photographed without underwear: “It was once, and it was when I was in Venice. And I was rushing through the room, threw the Prada dress on. And that’s what happened. And I didn’t even see the picture. I don’t look at that shit – that’s gross. If I wear a dress I have underwear on.” On sleep troubles: “I have really bad insomnia. My whole life. I get nervous at night going to bed, and being awake alone really freaks me out.” On her career aspirations: “I just want to be nominated for an award for all the work I’ve done. It’s so funny – people forget that I played two characters in Parent Trap when I was twelve years old.” On the media: “If I’m wearing a nude thong, they retouch it. I f—k around on my computer – I know how easy it is. They make my face look swollen. I’m like, ‘Are you that bored?’ I hear things about the night before that never even happened. Like, they said I was dating my best friend – the Samantha Ronson thing. She’s my best friend!”
A psychologist has claimed that Britney Spears’ erratic behaviour could be a result of Bipolar disorder. The troubled singer raised eyebrows recently after becoming incoherent and vomiting on her dress during a photoshoot for OK! magazine. She also reportedly tried to have her children’s teeth whitened and stripped to her underwear for an impromptu swim in the ocean. Psychologist Dr. Robert Butterworth - who has not treated the star - said he thinks her meltdown may be caused by the mood condition, which is characterised by periods of depression and mania. He told Us Weekly magazine: “Your energy level and emotions alternate between highs and lows, and that seems to have happened here.”
